IAUS Participation in the Planning Networking 6 Exhibition

The Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia participated in the exhibition Planning Networking 6, organized within the framework of the 11th International Scientific and Professional Conference “Local Government in Spatial and Settlement Planning”, held in Pirot from 16 to 18 April 2026.

The conference was organized by the Association of Spatial Planners of Serbia, with the involvement and support of relevant national institutions in the field of spatial and urban planning. The exhibition “Planning Networking 6” continues a series of previously held exhibitions dating back to 2012, aiming to present to both professional audiences and the wider public the outcomes of spatial and urban planning practice, as well as strategic and development-oriented documents in Serbia and the broader region. It serves as an important platform for knowledge exchange, dissemination of contemporary planning approaches, and strengthening institutional cooperation in spatial development.

The Institute presented its work through six exhibition panels, covering the following plans and studies:

The IAUS’s participation confirms its continuous scientific and professional engagement in spatial and urban planning, as well as its active role in advancing contemporary planning methodologies at both national and regional levels.

For its participation in the exhibition, the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Association of Spatial Planners of Serbia, in recognition of its contribution to the presentation and advancement of planning practice.
