Participation of the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia in the partners’ meeting for the NONA project in Chisinau, Moldova
We are excited to share that the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia (IAUS) participated in the partners’ meeting for the NONA project in Chisinau, Moldova, from June 17th to 20th.
Our team received a warm welcome from the General Mayor and City Hall of Chisinau Municipality. During the meeting, we reviewed the progress in developing the methodology for implementation of green investments in degraded areas and began planning pilot actions in several territories: Stuttgart (Germany), Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Chisinau (Moldova), Odessa (Ukraine), Šabac (Serbia), Veszprem (Hungary), Gabrovo (Bulgaria), Cazin (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Ravne na Koroškem (Slovenia), and Virovitica (Croatia).
On the second day of the workshop, we focused on identifying key stakeholders and shaping of the communication strategy for the pilot case in Šabac together with the representative of the city of Šabac Dejan Vujić. This activity, led by MARA, will significantly contribute to the testing of the methodology green investments.
